How To Spa at Koi

Please turn off your cell phone before entering the spa. Arrive 15 minutes beforehand to fill out our Health History Form. If you are running late your appointment will be shortened to stay on schedule for the next client. Please leave your valuables at home; Koi is not responsible for lost valuables during your visit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for single treatments must be received 4 hours prior to the appointment time or you will be charged 50% of the treatment. Multiple services or packages require 24 hours notice for cancellation or you will be charged 50% of the services. Walk-Ins are welcome!
